Kyle represents clients in a wide range of business disputes, including breach of contract, partnership disputes, business divorces, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty litigation, construction litigation, and disputes arising under the EB-5 investor program. Kyle’s practice frequently involves urgent, high-stakes disputes that require swift action to file preliminary injunctions. This includes litigation to enforce noncompete agreements, protect trade secrets, or prevent irreparable harm to clients. He also has experience litigating against municipal and state government agencies, representing business owners and developers in constitutional claims for unlawful or unequal treatment. When his clients obtain a favorable judgment, Kyle has experience with complex collection matters and litigating voidable transfer claims.
