Philadelphia, PA (January 8, 2024): Kang Haggerty LLC, a business litigation boutique with offices in Philadelphia, PA and Marlton, NJ, is pleased to announce that Kyle T. Garabedian was elected to the firm’s membership, effective January 1, 2024.

Kyle represents clients in a wide range of complex and general civil litigation, including contract claims, business torts, professional malpractice, consumer fraud and other commercial disputes. His practice includes prosecuting and defending claims for clients both large and small.
Prior to entering practice, Kyle served as law clerk to the Honorable Frederick J. Schuck (NJ Superior Court), and as an intern for the Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg (US District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania) and the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. He currently serves on the The Legal Intelligencer’s Young Lawyer Editorial Board. Kyle was recognized in the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America 2024 edition for commercial litigation and litigation – construction.
Kyle earned his J.D. from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2014, where he was awarded the Temple Law Annual Scholarship in Trial Advocacy and served on Law Review. He also attended Temple as an undergraduate (B.A., 2010). He is admitted to the practice of law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
