A BUSINESS LAW BOUTIQUE BASED IN PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA AND MARLTON, NEW JERSEY

HELPING BUSINESSES AND INDIVIDUALS ACHIEVE THE BEST POSSIBLE LEGAL OUTCOME.

Our clients, co-counsel, referring lawyers, and colleagues provide the track record that has led to growth in our attorney count, practice areas, and office space since Kang Haggerty LLC was established in 2013.

“Best results” mean different things to different clients—sometimes it is the speedy disposition of a case; other times, it is “dig in and fight,” while the often preferred end-game for most is to get a matter resolved as economically and quickly as possible.

With offices in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Marlton, New Jersey, Kang Haggerty is a law firm dedicated to business and commercial litigation, and related corporate transactional representation. We have attorneys licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York; and admissions to numerous federal courts around the country.

Philadelphia Business Litigation Attorneys

Our attorneys have been recognized with countless honors, awards, and recognition. We have an immediate past president of the Barristers' Association of Philadelphia, past and present New Jersey Township Committeepersons, a former collegiate figure skater, a former collegiate basketball player, practitioners trained as lawyers in their native countries of Greece and Iran, and two attorneys—each with nearly a half-century of bar membership—one is the former head of a securities law practice and the other is one of the nation’s most recognized construction attorneys—all intelligent, well-rounded people committed to community, charitable and professional endeavors. The firm is recognized in the annual U.S. News – Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms” and Chambers USA. Our attorneys are recognized as well in the Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings, Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers.

We see clients as partners, not profits. Many Kang Haggerty clients migrated with us from former law firms. We are relentless, creative, and efficient in pursuit of justice—whether representing the client as a defendant or plaintiff. We stay awake at night crafting creative legal arguments so you can rest easy and stay focused on your business. The Kang Haggerty team are tireless advocates that won’t leave any stone unturned.
