Kyle J. Hannigan

Kyle Hannigan helps clients navigate their legal challenges across several practice areas including complex civil litigation, contract disputes, whistleblower claims, and creditors’ rights. Kyle’s practice encompasses all phases of litigation, from case analysis and initial strategy to a final resolution, whether on the merits of the case or through settlement. Throughout all stages of litigation, Kyle’s goal remains the same- achieve each client’s individualized goals through zealous advocacy and a client-centered approach.

Kyle earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School after graduating with a B.A. in Law & Justice from Rowan University. During law school, Kyle worked at Kang Haggerty as a law clerk, gaining invaluable experience and getting to know both the firm and its clients. Prior to attending law school, Kyle worked for eight years in the automotive industry as both a vehicle technician and service & parts coordinator.
