Prevailed on motion to dismiss mortgagor’s claims for violation of the UTPCPL and FCEUA, and for breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, related to mortgagor’s failed modification efforts and subsequent foreclosure proceedings.  See Walkup v.
