Philadelphia, PA (October 14, 2020): Kang Haggerty & Fetbroyt LLC, a business litigation boutique with offices in Philadelphia, PA and Marlton, NJ is pleased to announce that Kyle Garabedian has joined the firm as an associate.
Kyle represents clients in a wide range of complex and general civil litigation, including contract claims, business torts, professional malpractice and other commercial disputes. His practice includes prosecuting and defending claims for clients both large and small. He joins the firm after five years of practice at Fellheimer & Eichen LLP.
Prior to entering private practice, Kyle served as law clerk to the Honorable Frederick J. Schuck (NJ Superior Court), and as an intern for the Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg (US District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania) and the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.
Kyle earned his J.D. from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2014, where he was awarded the Temple Law Annual Scholarship in Trial Advocacy and served on Law Review. He also attended Temple as an undergraduate (B.A., 2010).
