On Monday, February 24th Jackie is a panelist on the Transactional PAC CLE Session: Legal Opinions in Commercial and Real Estate Transactions. The objective of this seminar is to analyze the various parts of legal opinions that are typically given in commercial and real estate transactions and include a discussion of the due diligence that is required to be performed before each of the opinions can be rendered. She will be presenting with Roland Sanchez-Medina, Jr. of SMGQ Law and Lauren Mack of Reyes Kurson. The panel will be moderated by Lisa D. Love of Love and Long LLP.

Shortly thereafter, Edward and Kandis will be participating in the annual Pitch Perfect Session (no, they won’t be singing). Pitch Perfect is a unique opportunity that allows law firms to make a 15-minute mock pitch to a panel of in-house counsel and receive real-time feedback on how to improve their pitch. If you are attending the NAMWOLF conference, be sure to attend the pitch perfect session to learn more about Kang Haggerty.
