Beth Hurley concentrates her practice in Business Litigation, Class Action and Commercial Litigation. She earned her J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law in 2004 after graduating with a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to joining KHF, Beth gained extensive litigation experience, serving as an Assistant District Attorney in Bucks County, PA, and Brooklyn, NY. In addition, she worked as an investigative attorney for the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office, and prosecuted cases involving economic crimes, enterprise corruption, organized crime and environmental crimes. She is admitted to the practice of law in Pennsylvania and New York.
Mika Kapnoutzi is a licensed attorney in her native Greece, permitting her to practice law in Europe. She earned a Bachelor of Laws from the Democritus University of Thrace in Komotini, Greece. Mika holds a Master of Laws in International Legal Studies from the Georgetown University Law Center. She will serve as a law clerk at KHF until fulfilling requirements to sit for the bar in the United States.
