Interim Office Manager
Kang Haggerty is seeking a full‑time Interim Office Administrator to support the firm during a planned temporary staffing transition now through approximately November 1. The selected candidate will work alongside the current Office Administrator through mid‑July before assuming full responsibilities.
This is an on‑site role, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at our Center City Philadelphia office.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing the day‑to‑day operations of a law firm, including:
- Administrative and operational oversight
- Financial analysis and reporting
- IT coordination with external vendors
- Human resources support
- Facilities management
- Supervising and developing administrative staff, including workload direction, performance management, training, staffing, and recruitment
Required Skills
- Professional presence and strong organizational judgment
- Experience managing others in a law‑firm environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Experience with iManage, Zoom Rooms, and Timeslips is a plus
Compensation
This temporary position is compensated at the equivalent of a $120,000 annual salary, with corresponding personal days and vacation time. Due to the short‑term nature of the role, additional benefits are not included.
