Kelly earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law after graduating with a B.S. from the University of Scranton. Prior to joining Kang Haggerty, Kelly worked for a national transportation practice where she gained significant experience in commercial and contract litigation and eData management. <p><strong>Maliheh</strong> comes to Kang Haggerty with a wealth of extensive legal research experience, recently completing her post-graduate studies at the New York University School of Law, where she received a merit-based, full-tuition scholarship for her LL.M. and the Lederman Fellowship in Law and Economics in obtaining her Doctor of Juridical Science (J.S.D.), a degree awarded to highly qualified individuals who have successfully completed a prescribed course of advanced study in law after having earned J.D. and LL.M. degrees. In addition, Maliheh worked as a research assistant and a teaching assistant at both the Law School and the Stern School of Business. She was also a visiting researcher at Harvard Law School.Before moving to the United States, Maliheh earned an LL.M. (with a focus on intellectual property) and a Ph.D. (focusing on corporate law) at the University of Tehran, and an LL.B. (the J.D. equivalent) at the Imam Sadiq University in Tehran, Iran. She also practiced as a litigator in Iran. At Kang Haggerty, her practice will focus primarily on complex commercial litigation. She is admitted to the practice of law in New York.</p>
<p><strong>Michael</strong> joins the firm following completion of judicial law clerkships with the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County. He earned his J.D. (graduating cum laude) from the Widener University Delaware Law School in 2017, where he participated on the Law Review, Moot Court and Transactional Law Society Boards. Michael is a graduate of Moravian College, where he earned his B.A. in Political Science. He was a team captain in his senior season while playing forward for the Men’s Basketball team.</p>
<p>At Kang Haggerty, his practice focuses primarily on business litigation. Michael is admitted to the practice of law in Pennsylvania.</p>

Prior to joining Kang Haggerty, Tianna served as a judicial law clerk in both the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas (to the Honorable Lillian Harris Ransom).</p>
<p>A native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Tianna concentrates her practice on commercial litigation and business disputes such as breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and business torts. She is admitted to the practice of law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.</p>
<p><span id="more-5277"></span> An active member of the legal community, Tianna is the President-Elect of the Barristers’ Association of Philadelphia, Inc., an appointed member of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division Executive Committee, and Board Chair for galaei, a queer Latinx social justice organization.</p>

<p><strong>Jason Guss</strong> concentrates his practice on a wide range of business transactional matters including entity formation, drafting internal documents, drafting business agreements, real estate transactions and tax issues.  He earned his J.D. from the Rutgers University School of Law – Camden in 2014 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University. Jason gained valuable experience working as a judicial extern at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and as a legal intern at Rutgers&#8217; Civil Practice Clinic.  Prior to joining Kang Haggerty, Jason worked for a national public accounting firm where he focused on tax consulting, tax compliance, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. He is admitted to the practice of law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.</p>
<p><strong>David Scott</strong> focuses on business litigation matters that include partnership disputes, contact disputes, civil RICO, and breach of fiduciary duty.  He also devotes significant aspects of his practice to securities litigation, class action cases, and creditor&#8217;s rights.  He earned his J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was a member of the Wake Forest Journal of Law and Policy. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University. While in law school, David gained experience in the Delaware County District Attorney&#8217;s Office and as a law clerk for Senior Judge Michael F. X. Coll on the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas.  He is admitted to the practice of law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.</p>
