Kang, managing member of Kang Haggerty wrote &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.com\/thelegalintelligencer\/2021\/10\/14\/significant-recent-changes-to-the-delaware-limited-liability-company-act\/\">Significant Recent Changes to the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act.<\/a>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Delaware Senate Bill 114, recently enacted and effective as of Aug. 1, includes substantial additions and amendments to the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act (the LLC Act).
