The Virginia Supreme Court is currently\u00a0considering a case that could have major implications with regard to unmasking the identity\u00a0of anonymous internet reviewers who post false and defamatory comments about businesses.<\/p>\n<p>In <em>Yelp, Inc. v. Hadeed Carpet Cleaning, Inc.<\/em>, the Virginia Court of Appeals affirmed the\u00a0trial court\u2019s decision to enforce a subpoena directed to Yelp, Inc.
