Philadelphia, PA (January 29, 2020): Kang Haggerty LLC, a business litigation boutique with offices in Philadelphia, PA and Marlton, NJ, is pleased to announce that Kandis L. Kovalsky and David R. Scott were elected to the firm’s membership, effective January 1, 2020.

Kandis L. Kovalsky focuses on a broad range of high stakes complex commercial and business-related civil litigation in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York state and federal courts and arbitral tribunals. She earned her J.D. from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. Kandis graduated with a B.A. from the University of Delaware where she was also a competitive figure skater. A native of Newtown Square, PA, she is admitted to the practice of law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.
David R. Scott focuses on business litigation matters that include partnership disputes, contact disputes, civil RICO, creditor’s rights, and breach of fiduciary duty. He also devotes significant aspects of his practice to construction litigation and insurance bad faith. He earned his J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University. He is admitted to the practice of law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
