Jason Guss is an associate of the firm and represents developers, investors, and businesses in the acquisition/sale, leasing, and financing of commercial real estate. Additionally, Jason drafts and negotiates business agreements, including stock and asset purchase agreements, membership interest purchase agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, promissory notes, pledge agreements, and employment agreements.
Jason graduated from the Rutgers University School of Law – Camden in 2014 and was a member of the University’s Dean’s List. While in law school, Jason gained valuable experience working as a judicial extern at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and as a legal intern at Rutgers’ Civil Practice Clinic.
Before joining the firm, Jason worked for a national public accounting firm where he focused on tax consulting, tax compliance, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
