Daniel C. FanaselleAssociate
Dan represents clients in a wide range of commercial disputes. Dan has significant experience representing financial institutions and other creditors in litigation involving foreclosures, collections, and alleged violations of state and federal consumer protection statutes.
Dan earned his JD from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Prior to joining Kang Haggerty, Dan worked for an Am 100 law firm where his practice focused on consumer financial services litigation. In that role, Dan managed a high-volume caseload of individual and class action claims, and gained significant experience litigating claims in state and federal courts throughout the country, as well as arbitration proceedings before JAMS and AAA.
