Beth concentrates her practice in Business Litigation, Class Action and Commercial Litigation. She represents individuals and businesses in a variety of litigation matters, including business disputes, breach of contract actions, and shareholder disputes. She has litigated business torts such as fraud and tortious interference, and employment cases involving the enforcement of non-competition and non-solicitation restrictive covenants, and trade secrets. Beth has successfully pursued preliminary injunctions on behalf of her clients in both Federal and Pennsylvania State Courts. In addition, she has represented clients in whistleblower cases, civil rights, and wage and hour matters.

Beth earned her J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law after graduating with a B.A. and a B.A.S. from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to joining Kang Haggerty, Beth gained extensive litigation experience, serving as an Assistant District Attorney in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and Brooklyn, New York. In the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office she worked in the Investigation Division prosecuting cases involving economic crimes, enterprise corruption, organized crime, environmental crimes and police corruption.

She is admitted to the practice of law in Pennsylvania and New York.
